New Google Earth data

Reading the Google Earth blog it looks like they have some new data in the UK and added support for other regions. Here is a link to the post.I just opened up Google Earth and looked at the town I grew up in (Livingston, Scotland) and it seems like nothing has changed :-( Perhaps one of these days it will get some good imagery.

    i live in livingston and the images on google earth are very old, i looked up my house and my dads rover 75 is in the driveway he has had 3 cars since then, the town centre has expanded to one of the biggest in the UK and on the whole livingston has grew and changed dramaticly over the last 5 years or so.
